We loved this place because of its perfect location just a few steps from the underground. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the service room service was superb. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the terrace and the soundproofed rooms.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn. The executive room was spacious with a roomy bathroom. The staff, especially Benjamin, was professional and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection and the tater tots were a tasty addition. The USB plug-ins by the bed were a convenient feature. The steak at the restaurant was delicious.

Very helpful staff, excellent car parking , clean room with comfortable bed, no noise from road-facing rooms. Fast check-in, air-conditioned room, convenient location near McDonald's, Dominos, Costa, Tesco express. Short walk to underground station for easy access to London. Plenty of breakfast choice and good value. Spacious bedrooms with big beds and excellent shower. Reasonably priced parking. Friendly staff, fitness room, and free treats for kids during dinner or breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to North Acton underground station on the Central line. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Liked the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom with a nice shower. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to key attractions and transportation options.
The room change offered on the second night was not fully serviced with missing amenities.
